Worldwide Relocation Services, Inc. is a full service relocation company supporting the needs of our clients on a local, intra-state, inter-state and international basis. The company is comprised of industry veterans with a proven record of success in meeting and exceeding the expectations of its clients.

The company utilizes a strategic blending of leading edge technology, an experienced administrative and customer service staff and a dedicated team of Relocation personnel in order to customize the unique services required by our individual clients. Personnel

The management of Worldwide has developed experience during the last 34 years in the training and development of staff at all levels for a Moving and Storage company.  Worldwide has built a management team with the following core members; Doug McGrath, President, Billie Jo McCullen, Account Executive, David Greenfield, Account Executive, Libby Braswell, Client Services & Marketing Specialist, Gene Paldino, Administrative Manager, and Michael Strickland, Operations Manager.

Worldwide is owned and operated by Doug McGrath, a 34 year industry veteran with a proven track record and a passion for high quality results oriented enterprises.  During his career he has held senior management positions at both the agency level and the national headquarters level for major national carriers.  He has demonstrated a consistent ability to generate successful financial results while producing outstanding service to his base of clients.

Billie Jo McCullen has been nationally recognized over the last ten years as a top achiever on an ongoing basis.  She began her career in COD sales and in that role she consistently demonstrated a closing ratio and customer satisfaction rating well above her competition.  Over the last few years, she has transitioned into a specialized role in national account sales. 

David Greenfield has an established career spanning 20 years.  During that career he has successfully managed all aspects of moving and storage companies and he has demonstrated a passion for the delivery of outstanding results.  His experience base includes sales, operations and general management of high quality locations.  David’s role with Worldwide includes the management of key national accounts in addition to the Department of Defense. 

Libby Braswell brings with her 20 years moving experience.  Her vast career includes international, legalization, and interstate, as well as shipping by air, sea, and land (truck).  She specializes in marketing to our National Accounts, the day-to-day technological needs of Worldwide, and support for Client Services and Claims. 

Gene Paldino is a veteran of the industry with over 8 years of experience in the management of client services functions including; move management, claims administration, auditing and billing and insurance services.  Gene has the ability to produce solid results while maintaining Worldwide’s “High Touch” level of service and keeping our prices competitive.  His support in these areas is critical to the overall Client Services function for Worldwide.

Michael Strickland is a one more moving industry veteran with over 10 years expertise in the operations area.  He has worked in a variety of role ranging from packing & loading, warehouse management, planning, dispatching, and safety.  He brings a versatile moving background to the team at Worldwide.
